These Terms & Conditions apply to services purchased from Wealth Street Services Inc. (“Wealth Street”, “we”, “us”) through wealthstreet.ca, including our online checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide the accounting, tax and related services described on our website for the plan or service you purchase. The scope of each plan is listed on our pricing section. Work outside that scope is quoted and billed separately.
2. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. HST or GST is added at checkout.
3. Subscription plans and automatic renewal
Subscription plans (including Personal Accountant, Family Accountant and Corporate Core) are billed automatically to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) and renew until you cancel. Annual plans are paid for the full year upfront and renew each year until cancelled.
4. 12-month minimum commitment
Monthly subscription plans include a 12-month minimum commitment from the start date. If a monthly plan is cancelled before the end of the first 12 months, the remaining balance of the 12-month term becomes due. After the first 12 months, the plan continues month to month until cancelled. This section applies only to monthly subscription plans. It does not apply to annual plans or one-time services.
5. Cancelling
To cancel a plan, contact us by phone at 905-467-3000 or through the contact form on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to section 4.
6. One-time services
One-time services (such as a Consultation, Individual Tax Filing or New Corporation Setup) are charged once at checkout. They do not renew, have no minimum commitment, and are not subject to section 4.
No refunds. All fees are non-refundable once paid, including one-time services and subscription payments.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our billing provider, Zoho Billing, and its payment processor. We do not store your full card details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts described at checkout, including recurring charges for subscription plans.
8. Your information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and documents on time so we can perform the services. Filing deadlines may be affected by late or incomplete information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
